Bread Dip
Ingredients
1.1/2 cup Crepevine Ranch Extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO).
2. 4 cloves minced garlic
3. 2 tablespoons of oregano
4. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
5. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
6. black pepper to taste
7. crusty bread for dipping.


Caprese Salad
Arrange alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella cheese decoratively on a serving platter. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Spread fresh basil leaves over the salad, and drizzle with Crepevine Ranch EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
